Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the All Aboard Deals Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The All Aboard Deals Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring users who purchase a Pro membership through a valid affiliate link.

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of All Aboard Deals.

2. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: 25% of the first-year Pro subscription payment
• Cookie Duration: 60 days from the initial referral click
• Eligible Conversions: Initial paid Pro upgrades only
• Renewal Commissions: Affiliates may earn commission on subscriber renewals at All Aboard Deals' discretion, subject to account standing and program terms at the time of renewal. Renewal commissions are not guaranteed.

Commissions are earned only when a referral is tracked and a valid Pro payment is successfully completed.

All commission determinations made by All Aboard Deals are final.

3. Tracking & Attribution

• The Program uses last-click attribution
• Tracking is handled solely through All Aboard Deals' systems
• All Aboard Deals is not responsible for missed tracking caused by:
  • Ad blockers
  • Cookie restrictions
  • Browser privacy settings
  • Affiliate error or misconfiguration

If a referral cannot be tracked, no commission will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Method: PayPal (or other method specified by All Aboard Deals)
• Payment Schedule: Monthly payouts for commissions that have cleared the 60-day hold period
• Hold Period: 60 days from conversion date (to account for refunds and chargebacks)
• Minimum Payout Threshold: $100

Commissions are held for 60 days after a conversion to account for our 30-day money-back guarantee and potential chargebacks. Once a commission clears the hold period, it becomes eligible for the next monthly payout. Balances below the minimum threshold will roll over to the next payment cycle.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals

Commissions are voided and reversed for:

• Refunded transactions
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations

All Aboard Deals may withhold or offset commissions if refunds or chargebacks occur, including applying negative balances to future payouts.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Misrepresent pricing, savings, or product features
• Claim guaranteed savings or "always the cheapest" pricing
• Use fake testimonials or altered screenshots
• Represent themselves as employees or representatives of All Aboard Deals

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination.

7. Self-Referrals & Abuse

Affiliates may not:

• Refer themselves
• Use their own affiliate link for personal purchases
• Refer household members, employees, or business partners for the purpose of earning commissions

All Aboard Deals reserves the right to void commissions resulting from self-referrals or abuse.

8. Incentivized Traffic

Affiliates may not offer incentives in exchange for signups without prior written approval, including:

• Cash rebates
• Gift cards
• Refunds or kickbacks
• "I'll pay you to sign up" promotions

Unauthorized incentivized traffic may result in commission reversal or termination.

9. Coupon & Discount Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

• Create or promote coupon codes
• Imply exclusive discounts
• Advertise special pricing unless explicitly provided by All Aboard Deals

Unauthorized discount claims are prohibited.

10. Paid Advertising & Brand Bidding

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on branded keywords (including variations or misspellings of "All Aboard Deals")
• Use All Aboard Deals branding in ad copy or display URLs
• Run ads that impersonate or appear to be official company promotions

Generic, non-branded keyword advertising may be permitted if compliant with these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

Affiliates may use approved All Aboard Deals logos and assets only as provided.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify brand assets
• Create derivative branding
• Register domains or social accounts using All Aboard Deals trademarks

All brand usage rights may be revoked at any time.

12. Termination & Suspension

All Aboard Deals may:

• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
• Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud or violations
• Retroactively void commissions from prohibited activity

Termination may occur without prior notice.

13. Program Changes

All Aboard Deals reserves the right to modify:

• Commission rates
• Cookie duration
• Payment terms
• Program rules

Changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice and take effect upon posting.

14. Limitation of Liability

All Aboard Deals is not liable for:

• Lost revenue or profits
• Tracking failures
• Service interruptions
• Affiliate ad spend or marketing costs

Participation in the Program is at the affiliate's own risk.

15. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Aboard Deals from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Affiliate content
• Advertising practices
• Legal or regulatory violations

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
