All Aboard Deals provides curated cruise deals, price tracking, and related travel content through our website, newsletters, and Pro Membership program.

We are not a travel agency or cruise line. We do not sell cruises directly — we source and share publicly available or affiliate deals to help users find great prices.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
• Use our site in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

3.1 Free Newsletter

You may subscribe to our free weekly cruise deal newsletter by providing your email address. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.

3.2 Pro Membership

All Aboard Deals Pro provides premium features such as:

• Instant alerts for exceptional (90+) deals
• Early access to Pro-only cruise fares
• Filter and priority deal features

When you upgrade to Pro, you authorize us (via our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).

Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Billing, Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment partner. We never store full credit card details on our servers.

4.2 Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing hello@allaboarddeals.com.

4.3 Cancellations

Canceling prevents future charges, but your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

Because All Aboard Deals provides instant digital access to premium deal alerts and content, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, if you experience a billing error or accidental charge, contact us at hello@allaboarddeals.com, and we'll review it promptly.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use All Aboard Deals only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or redistribute deal data or scoring algorithms;
• Use automated tools or bots to collect data from the site;
• Interfere with or disrupt website functionality;
• Share Pro-member-only information publicly or resell access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date cruise deals, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or pricing of any offer. Cruise lines and travel agencies may change rates, itineraries, or availability at any time without notice.

All Aboard Deals is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about deal availability, pricing accuracy, or site uptime.

We do not provide travel advice or guarantee the suitability of any cruise offer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Aboard Deals, its owners, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, newsletter, or Pro Membership — including missed deals, booking errors, or financial losses.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months of your subscription.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in abusive or fraudulent activity.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
