Welcome to All Aboard Deals ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using allaboarddeals.com, the Cruise Radar browser extension, or by subscribing to our newsletter or Pro Membership (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read them carefully — if you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms incorporate our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy by reference.

1. Overview

All Aboard Deals provides cruise pricing information, price tracking, deal scoring, and related travel content through our website, the Cruise Radar browser extension, our newsletters, and our Pro Membership program.

We are not a cruise line, travel agency, or booking provider, and we do not sell cruises. We compile and present pricing information sourced from publicly available third-party sources and affiliate partners to help users understand and track cruise pricing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cruise line or travel provider.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

3.1 Free Newsletter

You may subscribe to our free cruise deal newsletter by providing your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.

3.2 Pro Membership

All Aboard Deals Pro provides premium informational features, which may include:

• Alerts for high-scoring deals;
• Priority and advanced filtering tools; and
• Price-tracking and rebooking-alert features.

Pro provides access to information and tools only. We do not sell, broker, or guarantee any cruise fare, and all pricing shown through Pro remains subject to the accuracy limitations described in Section 6 and in our Disclaimer.

When you upgrade to Pro, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Billing, Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment partner. We never store full credit card details on our servers.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to Pro, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date in your account settings or by emailing hello@allaboarddeals.com.

4.3 Cancellations

Canceling prevents future charges, but your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

Because All Aboard Deals provides instant digital access to premium deal alerts and content, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, if you experience a billing error or accidental charge, contact us at hello@allaboarddeals.com and we will review it promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, harvest, or redistribute our deal data, price history, or scoring outputs;
• Reverse-engineer, replicate, or attempt to derive the "Deal Score" system or our underlying methodology;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or collect data from the Service;
• Circumvent any access controls or share Pro-member-only information publicly or resell access; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date cruise pricing information, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or pricing of any offer. Pricing data is compiled from publicly available third-party sources and is presented as estimates for informational purposes only. Cruise lines and travel agencies may change rates, itineraries, or availability at any time without notice.

Deal scores, price history, savings estimates, and any predictions are estimates and opinions, not statements of fact, and do not guarantee any particular price, savings, or outcome. You should always verify pricing directly with the relevant cruise line or booking provider before making a purchase. All Aboard Deals assumes no responsibility for losses resulting from reliance on deal listings, scores, predictions, or third-party content. See our Disclaimer for additional detail.

7. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Partners

Our site, extension, and emails may contain affiliate links to cruise lines, booking platforms, or travel agencies. If you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These relationships do not influence the pricing data, deal scores, or analyses we present.

We do not control or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Please review their terms before booking.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content created by All Aboard Deals — including text, graphics, compiled datasets, price history, and the "Deal Score" system and methodology — is the property of All Aboard Deals and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our prior written consent.

8.2 Third-Party Trademarks

All cruise line names, brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. We use these marks solely for nominative and informational purposes — to identify the products and services to which our pricing information relates — and their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the trademark owners.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantees about deal availability, pricing accuracy, or site or extension uptime, and we do not provide travel, financial, or professional advice. Additional disclaimers are set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Aboard Deals, its owners, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including missed deals, booking errors, reliance on pricing data, or financial losses.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Aboard Deals and its owners, operators, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in abusive or fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@allaboarddeals.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at allaboarddeals.com/terms, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Aboard Deals regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
