Seabourn Sojourn (2010, refurbished 2017-2018, 450 passengers) is an Odyssey-class ship with 225 suites, near 1:1 crew ratio, Thomas Keller dining, and the fold-out watersports marina. Two pools, six whirlpools, and a full spa. All-inclusive fare covers open bars, gratuities, and dining. Sails fall foliage, Caribbean, Panama Canal, and Mediterranean.
