Harmony of the Seas' Unlimited Dining Package has sat at the same price since June: $40.99 a night on a 7-night sailing. About once a month, it drops $3 for a week or two, then goes back.

Meanwhile, the restaurants it covers got more expensive. Chops Grille went from $47.99 to $51.99 a seat in September.

You can only see either pattern if you check the board every day. We've logged more than 159,000 dining prices on Harmony since February.

Unlimited Dining, shorter sailings (per night)$41.99$44.99$65.00

  • A sale about once a month: the 7-night price drops $3 for five days to two weeks, then returns to $40.99.
  • The package held, the steakhouse didn't: Chops Grille rose from $47.99 to $51.99 in September.
  • Six of seven nights is the bar: at the typical price you need a Chops-level dinner almost every night of a 7-night week.
  • The banner means nothing: every price we've tracked sits well under list, so "30% off" is the normal price.

What the Unlimited Dining Package Costs

On a 7-night sailing, the typical price is $40.99 per person, per night, against a $59.00 list price.

The Unlimited Dining Package covers the participating specialty restaurants as often as you like for one nightly rate, lunch included where those kitchens open for it.

Royal Caribbean prices it by sailing length. Shorter sailings carry a higher list price and a higher selling price.

The discount is not an event. Every price we've tracked on this package sits well under list, and the planner labels the normal $40.99 price "30% off." The banner telling you it's on sale is telling you nothing.

A Sale About Once a Month

This is the finding worth acting on: the price drops $3 for a short stretch roughly every month, then comes back.

Here's every sale stretch on 7-night sailings since the price settled at $40.99 in June.

Sale stretch (2026)Length7-night price
June 18 to 236 days$37.99
July 15 to 2814 days$37.99
August 12 to 165 days$37.99
September 9 to 157 days$37.99
September 30 to October 67 days$37.99

Typical price across Harmony's 7-night sailings on each day. Outside these stretches, the price sat at $40.99, apart from a few single-day jumps to $49.99.

Earlier in the year, the pattern was the same, with one deeper sale. For two weeks in mid-May, the 7-night price fell to $29.68.

Shorter sailings move in step. Their sale price is $41.99, against a normal $44.99.

The drink package on the same ship has gotten more expensive this year, as our Harmony drink package tracking lays out. For how dining compares across the fleet, our Royal Caribbean dining package prices guide has the ship-by-ship version.

What Every Harmony Sailing Is Showing Today

Most of the calendar sits on one price for its length, and the exceptions are easy to spot.

We pulled the latest Unlimited Dining price for every future Harmony sailing we track.

Price per night7-night sailingsShorter sailings
$28.9910
$40.99350
$44.99022
$49.9920
$71.9911

Latest price recorded for each future sailing, as of October 12, 2026.

The $71.99 sailings are the two late-December holiday weeks. The single $28.99 sailing departs within the next few weeks.

The cheapest prices show up late, and rarely. Since June, prices under $35 a night have appeared on only a handful of sailings, typically three to six weeks before departure. That's no help if you've already booked and want to lock in early, and it isn't a pattern to plan around.

The Restaurants Got Pricier

While the package held its price, two of Harmony's priciest dinners went up in September.

VenueDinner nowEarlier in 2026
Izumi$37.99$37.99
Samba Grill$39.99$29.99 to $39.99
Giovanni's Italian Kitchen$39.99—
Chops Grille$51.99$47.99
150 Central Park$51.99$47.99
Izumi Hibachi Experience$58.99$58.99
Chef's Table$84.99—

Typical dinner cover per person, before the automatic gratuity Royal Caribbean adds.

Chops Grille and 150 Central Park each rose $4. That makes the package relatively better value than it was in summer, because the dinners it replaces now cost more.

Samba Grill moves around. It dipped as low as $29.99 over the summer before returning to $39.99. Izumi and Hibachi haven't moved all year.

The gap between the two ends of the menu decides the package. A week of Izumi and Samba Grill dinners is a different calculation from a week of Chops Grille and Hibachi, even though the package price is identical.

Allure of the Seas runs the same split, and we worked through what the cheaper kitchens do to the math in the Allure dining package guide.

The Break-Even on a 7-Night Week

At the typical price you need six specialty dinners out of seven nights before Unlimited Dining pays for itself.

Harmony sails mostly 7-night Caribbean itineraries out of Port Canaveral, so the package has a full week to justify itself. Multiply the nightly rate by seven, then divide by what a Chops-level dinner costs.

Package or À La Carte on Harmony of the Seas

One or two specialty dinners
→ Take Chops Grille + Your Choice at $83.99. Two dinners work out to $42.00 each, below the $51.99 à la carte cover.
Three dinners, and you want the steakhouse
→ The 3 Night Dining Package at $135.99 saves about $20 against three Chops Grille covers. Skip it if your three picks are the cheaper kitchens.
Specialty almost every night
→ Unlimited Dining wins at $40.99 or below, and a sale week at $37.99 is the better buy. At $44.99 you need all seven nights just to tie.

Measured against the cheaper kitchens instead, the package never gets there. Seven Samba Grill dinners come to about $280, which undercuts the typical package before you count the nights you'd rather eat in the dining room.

The fixed-night packages are worse per dinner, not better. The three-night package works out to more per dinner than Unlimited Dining charges per night.

Option (per person)Current priceCost per dinner
Chops Grille + Your Choice (2 dinners)$83.99$42.00
3 Night Dining Package (3 dinners)$135.99$45.33
Chops Grille à la carte$51.99$51.99
Izumi à la carte$37.99$37.99

The two-dinner bundle is the quiet winner on that table. It's the only package on Harmony's board that beats the steakhouse cover charge without asking you to eat specialty every night, and its price hasn't moved all year.

The honest read. If your sailing shows $40.99 and you were going to eat specialty most nights, it's a fair price. If you have time before your planner closes, watching for a $37.99 week is reasonable. If it shows $44.99 or more, the à la carte board is sitting right there.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Unlimited Dining Package is typically $40.99 per person, per night on 7-night sailings and $44.99 on shorter ones. During Royal Caribbean's periodic sale weeks, those drop to $37.99 and $41.99. Holiday sailings run higher, at $71.99.
At the typical price it costs about $287 per person for a 7-night sailing. A Chops Grille dinner is now $51.99, so you need six specialty dinners out of seven nights to come out ahead. If your dinners would be at the cheaper venues, the package never catches up.
Dinner cover charges run from $37.99 at Izumi to $58.99 at Izumi Hibachi. Chops Grille and 150 Central Park both rose to $51.99 in September. The Chef's Table is $84.99.
Yes, about once a month. Since June, the 7-night price has dropped from $40.99 to $37.99 five times, each for five days to two weeks. The most recent sale ran September 30 to October 6.
Not per night. The fixed three-night package is $135.99 on most sailings, which works out to $45.33 a dinner. That's more than the Unlimited Package charges for every night of the cruise, so it only makes sense if three dinners is genuinely all you want.
Royal Caribbean posts two list prices for the same package: $59.00 on 7-night sailings and $65.00 on shorter getaways. Both have been in place since at least March. The selling price follows the same split, so a short sailing typically costs $4 a night more.
