Norwegian Aqua Room Prices: Season Beats the Cabin

A summer inside cabin on Aqua costs about what a fall balcony costs. The month you sail moves the price further than the room you book.

Norwegian Aqua sails 7-night Caribbean weeks from Miami into spring 2027, then from Port Canaveral.· Norwegian Cruise Line

A summer inside cabin on Norwegian Aqua costs about $201 per person per night, based on two sharing. A fall balcony costs about $203.

That is the whole guide in two numbers. On this ship the month you pick moves the price further than the room you pick, and most cabin guides never mention it.

We have tracked 145,274 Aqua fares since October 2025. The figures below come from the 76 future 7-night Caribbean weeks on sale now.

Quick Answer: What Does a Room on Norwegian Aqua Cost?

TL;DR
RoomFall weekSummer week
Inside$1,001$1,407
Oceanview$1,162$1,631
Balcony$1,421$1,890
Suite$2,030$2,492
  • Totals are per person for the week based on two sharing the cabin, taxes and fees in, gratuities not.
  • Season outweighs the room. A summer inside cabin costs about what a fall balcony costs.
  • A good balcony price is about $210 a night a level only about one fare in four gets under.
  • Caribbean weeks have fallen late. On the Miami weeks Aqua has already sailed, the balcony fare was lower in the final month on all ten.

All fares are per person, based on two sharing a cabin, taxes and fees included, gratuities not included.

Norwegian Aqua Room Prices by Cabin and Season

Every future Aqua week we track is a 7-night Caribbean sailing. It runs from Miami into spring 2027, then moves to Port Canaveral for the following seasons.

Typical per-person, per-night fares on future 7-night Caribbean sailings.

The same figures as a week-long total are easier to budget against, because that is the number that lands on your card.

Inside and Oceanview

Inside is where the season swing is widest in percentage terms. A summer inside week runs about 41% above a fall one, which is a larger gap than any other room on the ship shows.

Oceanview sits in an awkward spot. It costs roughly $161 more than inside for the week in fall, and the step up from oceanview to balcony is a similar size, so there is no obvious value tier among the three.

If the window is what you care about, the balcony is usually the better buy of the two upgrades. If it is not, inside is the room where choosing a cheaper month pays off most.

Balcony

The balcony is the room most Aqua shoppers are actually pricing, and it is the one with the clearest good-price mark.

Across the future Caribbean weeks a balcony typically runs $230 a night, and about one fare in four comes in under $210. In the holiday weeks that good-price mark drops to roughly $193.

A balcony in fall or the holiday season costs less than an oceanview cabin does in summer. That comparison, more than any discount, is what decides what you pay.

Suites, and Where the Haven Fits

Our suite figures track the cheapest suite available on each sailing. On Norwegian that is usually a club balcony or mini-suite tier, not the ship's top accommodation.

The Haven, Norwegian's ship-within-a-ship, prices above this band and is not in our data at all. Neither are Studio cabins, the solo rooms Aqua sells without a second-guest fare.

A cheapest-tier suite in the holiday weeks runs about $1,862 per person for the week, which is the lowest suite total of any season. Summer is the only season where the suite clears $2,400.

What Counts as a Good Price on Each Room

A good price here means a genuinely low fare for that window, a level only about one fare in four gets under.

RoomTypicalGood priceGood price (holiday)Good price (summer)
Inside$151$136$117$186
Oceanview$186$166$153$213
Balcony$230$210$193$244
Suite$296$266$248$323

Per-person, per-night fares across the 76 future Caribbean weeks.

Read the summer column against the typical column and the limit of bargain hunting becomes obvious. A genuinely good summer balcony still costs more per night than a typical fall one.

The Cheapest and Priciest Months to Sail Aqua

June and July are the expensive months, and the gap is not subtle.

Apr 2028Port Canaveral3$154$210$281

Typical per-person, per-night fares by departure month.

With ordinary booking lead time, late fall and January are the cheapest stretches, with a balcony around $190 to $196. May prices like summer rather than spring, so a late-May sailing is not the shoulder-season bargain it looks like on a calendar.

Ignore the top two rows when planning a trip

November 2026 looks like half price because those sailings leave within weeks, not because fall is cheap. Treat them as evidence of what a late discount looks like on this ship, which is the next section.

Do Aqua Fares Drop Before Sailing? It Depends Where It Sails

This is the question people actually want answered, and the honest answer splits by itinerary rather than by ship.

Balcony, where it sailedSailings3 to 6 months outFinal 30 daysFell / rose
Miami, Caribbean10$255$20510 / 0
New York to Bermuda, summer17$243$2713 / 11

Paired within each sailing: the typical fare three to six months out against the final month.

On the Caribbean weeks Aqua has already sailed from Miami, the balcony fare in the final month came in below the three-to-six-month mark on all ten. On its summer season from New York to Bermuda it went the other way, rising on 11 of 17.

Those are small samples, so treat them as a direction rather than a rule. The pattern matches what we see across the fleet, where Caribbean weeks soften late and northeast summer Bermuda weeks firm up.

Balcony11$234$17310 of 11
Suite11$284$18711 of 11

Aqua Caribbean sailings departing in the next ten weeks, against their own price three to six months out.

Nearly every Aqua Caribbean sailing leaving in the next ten weeks is priced well below where it sat this spring. One balcony sailing is the exception, which is the useful reminder here: this is a strong tendency, not a guarantee.

One caveat that matters. This live window is fall shoulder season, the softest demand of the year, so it flatters the wait-and-see approach. We would not extend it to a Christmas or July sailing.

Eastern or Western Caribbean?

Barely any difference, which is worth knowing before you pay up for a specific route.

ItinerarySailingsInsideBalcony
Eastern28$141$230
Western39$151$220

Future sailings at least two months out. Eastern weeks call at St. Thomas and Tortola.

An Eastern balcony runs a few percent above a Western one, and the inside cabins run the other way. Pick the ports you want to see, because the price will not decide it for you.

Aqua Against Icon, Star and the Rest

Aqua's position is easier to see next to the ships people actually compare it with.

ShipHolidayWinterSpringSummerInside / balcony overall
MSC World America$164$168$177$216$123 / $167
Norwegian Luna$193$211$248n/a$136 / $211
Norwegian Aqua$213$229$231$243$148 / $227
Icon of the Seas$205$234$234$349$191 / $243
Star of the Seas$238$265$288$334$214 / $261

Balcony fares on season-matched 7-night Caribbean weeks at least two months out.

Against Icon the balcony is close from November through February, then separates sharply: in summer Aqua runs roughly 30% under it. Our Icon of the Seas room prices guide breaks that ship down the same way, and Star of the Seas room prices covers the newer one, which prices above both in every season we matched.

Inside cabins are where Aqua separates itself most from the Royal Caribbean pair, running well below either. Against MSC World America the comparison runs the other way, with Aqua about a third higher.

Sister ship Luna prices a little under Aqua on a comparable Miami week, which is the one in-house comparison worth making before you book either.

Which Room Should You Book?

Your dates move
→ Book the room you want in a cheaper month rather than a cheaper room in a peak month. A fall or January week buys you a balcony for close to what summer charges for an inside cabin.
You are tied to a school holiday week
→ Take a fair price when you see one and do not wait for a late cut. The late falls we have measured are Caribbean shoulder-season weeks, not peak summer ones.

How We Track This Data

Every figure here comes from our own daily fare tracking on the Norwegian Aqua ship page, not from a brochure rate or a "from" price.

We have recorded 145,274 Aqua fares since October 6, 2025. Season and good-price figures use fares captured in the last 90 days on future sailings; the month table uses the last 30 days, so it reflects what is on sale now.

Fares are per person based on two sharing, with taxes and fees included and gratuities excluded. Norwegian's second-guest offer is already inside these numbers, so they are not solo prices. What Free at Sea adds on top is a separate question, and we priced it out in is Free at Sea actually free.

Typical means the middle fare, and a good price means the level only about one fare in four gets under. The before-and-after timing figures compare each sailing against itself rather than against other sailings, which is why the samples are small and we report them as counts.

Norwegian Price Tracker scores every Aqua fare against that sailing's own history, so you can tell a good week from a well-timed banner before you book.

Frequently Asked Questions

About $230 per person per night on a 7-night Caribbean sailing, based on two sharing, which works out near $1,610 each for the week. Fall and the holiday weeks come in lower, and summer runs highest. A good price is around $210 a night, a level only about one fare in four gets under.
An inside cabin, at a typical $151 per person per night across the future Caribbean weeks we track. In the holiday season that falls to about $137. Studio cabins, which Norwegian sells for solo travelers, are not in our data, so they are not part of that figure.
With normal booking lead time, the cheapest months are October, November and January, where a balcony sits near $193 a night. June and July are the most expensive. Sailings leaving within a few weeks can look far cheaper still, but that is a late discount rather than a season.
For a balcony the two are close from November through February. In summer Aqua is the cheaper ship by roughly 30% on a like-for-like Caribbean week. Inside cabins on Aqua run below Icon in every season we compared.
No. Every figure here includes taxes and fees but not gratuities, which Norwegian charges per person per day on top. Drinks and dining perks come through the Free at Sea promotion, and we looked at what that is actually worth in a separate piece.
No. Our suite figures track the cheapest suite available on each sailing, which on Norwegian is usually a club balcony or mini-suite tier. The Haven prices above that band and is not included anywhere in this guide.
