Nieuw Statendam (2018) carries 2,662 passengers as the second Pinnacle-class ship. Dining is where this ship earns its keep: Tamarind for Asian, Canaletto for Italian, Rudi's Sel de Mer for French-inspired seafood, and The Dining Room for the main included option. Explorations Central runs expert-led seminars tied to itinerary destinations — more structured than the typical port talk. Music Walk is the entertainment hub: Lincoln Center Stage for chamber music, Billboard Onboard for piano-driven pop, and B.B. King's Blues Club for live blues. As a 2018 build, Nieuw Statendam has not needed a refurbishment yet and still feels current. It refined the Pinnacle-class design Koningsdam introduced, without the flagship premium Rotterdam commands.
