Oosterdam (2003, refurbished 2018) carries 1,964 passengers. The $300 million 2018 refurbishment was substantial — it added the Music Walk entertainment district (Lincoln Center Stage, Billboard Onboard, B.B. King's Blues Club) and upgraded suite accommodations, bringing a 2003-era hull meaningfully closer to the Pinnacle-class experience. That said, the underlying architecture is still early-2000s cruise design. Dining runs through Canaletto for Italian, Pinnacle Grill for steaks, and Dive-In for casual poolside fare. Club HAL handles kids programming and The Loft serves teens, though Holland America draws an older crowd than most lines. At 23 years old, Oosterdam's pricing reflects its vintage — the refurb improved the experience, but it is not a new ship.
